Overview:
The Compass New England Referral Network is a licensed Massachusetts or Rhode Island Real Estate firm formed solely for the purpose of holding licenses of salespersons and brokers who are not actively listing and selling real estate.
Participants will receive significant referral fees on every successful closing placed with the network. .
Join the Compass New England Referral Network and earn commissions by referring buyers and sellers on a local level and national level. You can even refer yourself as a buyer or seller and earn a referral fee. Referrals can be for any real estate transaction where a commission is earned such as single and multi-family residential properties, commercial properties and land.
If the referral is outside of the Compass coverage area, then the lead will be placed through the Relocation Division as an “outbound referral”. It will then be placed with one of our affiliates across the country or around the world.
